MARADONA

 For some Maradona is considered the best player in history. In Argentina he is considered a God, he has his own church. For me, Maradona is the best retired player in history, because he signed for Napoli, which at that time was a mid-table team and he only managed to win two Scudettos and make Napoli great. In Argentina his greatest achievement was winning the 1986 World Cup and in the quarterfinals of that World Cup he scored the two most famous goals in history.

Just saying that as a person he haven´t exactly been an example but he will always be remembered.

RESTRICTIONS

 Since November we have had restrictions in the towns, we can´t go to other towns. This is sad for me because every Saturday I went to my grandparent´s house but it has been more than three weeks since I can´t visit them, they are sad and little depressed about this situation. I think this is an effort that we have to make so that we have to make so that they don´t get sick, but it is difficult for everyone.

But everything isn´t bad, we have face-to-face classes, for me they are very important because it is the best way to learm and it is the only way to interact with my classmates.

I hope these restrictions will be over soon because we are all a little sad, depressed and tired.

VACCINE

 These last few weeks I have heard that the COVID vaccine is close. This is race of who is going to come to market soon their vaccine first. But is it safe? I have heard that Pfizer´s vaccine is 90% effective while Moderna´s is 95% effective, but according to some experts who have made the news, these vaccines would be effective for mild to moderate cases.

So I think there is still a long time to  find a vaccine that is effective for severe cases and prevents mortality from the disease.  

THE FIRST FEMALE ASTRONAUT IN THE MOON

NASA is preparing a spacecraft with a female astronaut to reach the Moon in 2025. She would be the first female astronaut to reach the Moon since 1972 and the first woman in history. It is quite surprising that the human didn´t go to the Moon in the 21st century, despite all the technological advances that have ocurred in this century. That 28 billion dollars will be spent on the rocket doesn´t seem exaggerated to me because the materials, the human equipment and the tests that have to be carried out cost more than 48 years ago.

I like the space, I think that at some point we will be able to live on other planets.

GARRINCHA

Manuel Francisco dos Santos better known as Garrincha was a Brazilian soccer player.

He was born in Magé, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on 28th October, 1933.

He was a footballer who first played in Botafogo where he spent much of his career. After that he signed for several Brazilian teams, a Colombian and Frech team.

Then he became famous for being one of the most outstanding players in two world cups won by Brazil.

He was married several times and had fourteen children.

Finally he died on 20th January, 1983 in Rio de Janeiro, as a result of his addiction to tobacco and alcohol.
